Welcome to the ABCO Merchandise Store. The store provides access to branded items and more!

How do I pay for items on the store?

After placing items into your cart, you will be prompted to a payment screen. At this time, a valid personal credit card or an approved budget/marketing credit can be added for payment.


Can we make suggestions on items to carry in the store?

Yes! This storefront is for our team members to wear and display our brand proudly. Based on industry and candidate interest, seasonal factors, and feedback with orders, the company store will be updated.


Can you make large bulk orders?

Yes. Large bulk orders can be placed into the storefront. These items can be ordered by selecting multiple quantities.


Is there a delivery ETA on items listed?

Yes. Production days are listed in the product description if applicable. Non-inventory items will usually have a production time of 10-15 business days before being shipped.


Can I return or exchange an item?

You can begin your return/exchange here.
 

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to defective material, you may return it and we will refund your credit card for the entire amount. If the product was not ordered correctly (ie. wrong logo, color) Metron cannot accept the return.

Exchanges: Apparel items may be exchanged if the size you ordered was incorrect. You are responsible for shipping and any other additional charges to return items to the address provided. Exchange will be processed when the item(s) arrive at our warehouse.


Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned apparel and/or item does not meet the previously listed criteria. If your package is returned to us because the address is deemed incorrect, moved, incomplete, missing data, or no such address we will attempt to reach you via email and phone. If we do not hear back after contacting you 3 times within 10 days of the package being returned to us, your package will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded. You will be responsible to place an new order with the correct information.


How is my order shipped?

All standard FedEx shipping methods are available, please take note of any production times when placing an order. 


How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders, based on order value. Rates are as follows:

Shipping charges will automatically calculate at checkout, based on your order total.
